La recollida i tractament automatitzat de les dades personals té com a finalitat la prestació, manteniment, administració, ampliació, millora i estudi dels productes d'assegurances en els quals vostè decideixi donar-se d'alta, contractar, o sol·licitar informació. Així mateix també té com a finalitat l'enviament, per mitjans tradicionals i electrònics, d'informació operativa, de contractació, comercial sobre productes i serveis, oferts perTERRABIT.

L'emplenament dels formularis, així com de qualsevol altre qüestionari que pugui facilitar en un futur, és totalment potestativa, però, la negativa a facilitar determinades dades, podrà suposar la impossibilitat de complir amb la seva petició.

3. LEGITIMACIÓ
A l'lliurar voluntàriament les seves dades CONSENTEIX PER INTERÈS LEGÍTIM seu tractament automatitzat o no per part de PEMESA, així com la seva comunicació a entitats la connexió amb les seves dades sigui necessària o legalment obligatòria, i en el cas de comunicacions comercials via correu electrònic o mitjà equivalent, CONSENTEIX PER INTERÈS LEGÍTIM la seva recepció.
4. DESTINATARIS
EL PROPIETARI es preocupa per la privacitat de les seves dades, i per això li garanteix la major confidencialitat en el seu tractament, confirmant que no se'n realitzarà cap cessió a tercers.
Finalment, les seves dades seran cedides a administracions i altres organismes públics en aquells casos en què això vingui imposat per obligació legal o per disposició judicial.
